This stunning kitchen blends a contemporary design with practical features to create a stylish yet functional space for a couple with grown-up children who regularly visit. With the rest of the home featuring plenty of wood accents, the couple sought a lighter and airier kitchen that seamlessly connects with the garden and enhances their love for entertaining.
The kitchen showcases three tones of grey concrete-effect doors, perfectly complemented by a matching Dekton concrete-effect floor. The island takes centre stage, featuring a Dekton Aura worktop and a 3m Dekton Trilium breakfast bar that adds a striking contrast while providing additional seating. Flip sockets on the island ensure effortless use of appliances, such as mixers, while entertaining guests.
Storage solutions were tailored to the clients’ needs, incorporating pull-out storage, niches around the tall housing for display, and a dedicated bar area hidden behind pocket doors. The bar itself is outfitted with a grey mirror and a matching Dekton worktop, elevating the space with a touch of luxury. All appliances are top-of-the-line Neff, including a sleek glass draft, and the kitchen is completed with a Quooker tap for instant boiling water.
The kitchen flows effortlessly into a coordinated utility area, maintaining the same flooring and units. To add warmth to the grey palette, wood accents around the angled TV feature create a focal point, while the beam overhead has been thoughtfully integrated to ensure it feels like a purposeful design element.
