Our clients came to us as they were undergoing a complete house renovation and were looking for a kitchen that wouldn’t date. As they enjoyed cooking and socialising, functionality was vital and they also wanted a design without wall units to maximise space. Their previous kitchen had been dark, so making their new space bright and airy was key to the design.
We created a handless German kitchen with a dramatic grey-and-white contrast. The design blended sophisticated style with practical design, offering a sleek and inviting space for culinary creation and social gatherings. The island, off the peninsula, is topped with a beautiful concrete finish and doubles as a casual dining area with stylish grey bar stools, perfect for prepping, cooking, and socialising. The client’s state-of-the-art appliances, including a large gas range and oven, blend seamlessly into the design. Our unique copper statement light above the island adds a touch of elegance and warmth, complementing the neutral colour palette.
The minimalist cabinetry in a grey palette complements the bright and airy feel our clients were looking for, while the white floor tiles reflect natural light, enhancing the overall luminosity of the space. This kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with ample storage and contemporary fixtures, gave our clients the perfect area to embrace cooking and entertaining and they were delighted with their new Appleton space.
