Contemporary Townhouse Development
Warwickshire
Tolle was commissioned by a local property developer to design, supply, and install four bespoke kitchens for a collection of newly renovated homes in Warwickshire. Despite the development site being over 150 miles away, our team delivered a complete, turnkey service, coordinating everything seamlessly across all four properties.
The developer’s brief called for light, airy, and inviting spaces tailored to the lifestyle of a professional couple, a growing family or someone looking to downsize. It was essential that the cabinetry introduced warm timber elements to echo and complement the continuous wood flooring running throughout the living and dining areas, creating a cohesive, architectural flow from room to room.
To achieve this, we opted for a streamlined Leicht handleless design that balances clean lines with inviting textures. Soft Mohair Matt doors form a soothing, neutral base, while carefully positioned splashes of Synthia Summer Oak bring natural warmth to the wall cabinets and display areas. Polished white quartz worktops bounces natural light effortlessly around the rooms, tying the warm and cool palettes together with delicate beige veining.
Functionality was woven seamlessly into every corner, featuring dedicated breakfast bars beneath the windows and a well-curated mix of high-specification appliances. Bosch appliances add a refined, contemporary touch to the tall housings, while everyday essentials remain discretely integrated behind furniture doors, delivering a pristine and uncluttered finish that is as practical as it is beautiful.
